Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21, 1983. She is an American actress best known for her role as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. Maggie Grace, originally from Worthington from Ohio dropped out high school, and relocating into Los Angeles after her divorced parents divorced. The actress landed her first part in the film, Rachel's Room's title character, in 2001, despite having a difficult time in the financial department. After earning an Young Artist Award in 2002 for her performance in Murder In Greenwich of 15 year old Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace went on to win. Grace Rutherford was the character Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons in 2004 and was awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award (with the rest of the cast) along with her. Grace has worked alongside Tom Welling on The Fog during 2005, was looking to go into the world of film. In addition, she appeared on screen in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club (both 2007) as well as opposite Liam Neeson as Kim Mills in Taken in the year 2008. The actress reprised her character in Taken 2 (2011) and Taken 3 (2013).She also played Alice in Malice in Wonderland, a modern adaptation of the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to Shannon's character as Shannon in Lost for two episodes. This included the finale of the series. In 2013, she was in the sixth season of Californication. She is Faith as a girl who serves as a model for celebrities and attracts the attention to Hank Moody (David Duchovny). Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. As a part of the Gyllenhaal Family, she's the daughter and older sister of the actor Jake Gyllenhaal. When she was a teenager her career began in small roles for her father and appeared in Donnie Darko with her twin brother. The year 2002 saw her appeared as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. She also appeared in Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received nominations for a Golden Globe Award in both the romantic comedy Sherrybaby (2005) as well as the romantic comedy Secretary (2002). Both films were critically acclaimed. She appeared in numerous commercially successful films, such as World Trade Center. However it was her performance as Rachel Dawes that brought her greater attention for her performance in The Dark Knight (2008). As an unmarried mother, in Crazy Heart (2009) she received a nomination for Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. The following years she was a part of comedies as well as dramatic movies: Nanny McPhee & the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012. Alongside her work as an agent of the Secret Service agent, she has also appeared on screen in White House Down (2013) and Frank (2014). One of her most recent roles were the protagonist The Kindergarten Teacher The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Gyllenhaal was first introduced as a writer and director in 2021, with her drama about psychological issues The Lost Daughter. For this film she was awarded the Best Screenplay Award at the Venice International Film Festival and nominated for an Academy Award.
